PTO Executive Meeting
Attendance: Kim Emerson, Gloria Minnick, Erin Henry, Jamie Cearlock, Kristen Sanders,Jamie Joy, Mrs. Orr, Dr. Walz
PTO Perks
- ? parking spot at pick-up
- 2nd semester concert seats rewards
- Breakfast with Ernie or Pastries with Pals night
Trunk or Treat
- About 40-50 less families than last year
- $1185 profit from Trunk or Treat
- Good doing indoor and outdoor games
- Next year invite Metro Fire Dept and look into Spooky Bus earlier
- Consider doing just a fall party vs. eliminate walkers vs. only have cars
- Only give out wristbands for children next year so we have a better count for candy and prize needs
- Limit event to only Woerther family
- Consider renting a space like Blookdale or a pumpkin patch
- Change time to 6:30-8:00 pm
- Trunk or Treat Oct 23, 2026 tentatively
Teacher Curriculum Funds
- We will get Amazon wishlists from teachers

Fall Festival
- For next year. change to only parking spaces and no walkers
- Face painters were a hit again this year
- Having games outside/inside was a good way to space out the games
PTO Perks
- Rewarded 35 parents so far this year for volunteering
- Scooters and Andy’s
- Breakfast with Ernie tickets incentive for 1st semester volunteers
- 2nd semester: drawings for grade level concerts
Spiritwear
- Change some of the gear on the site
- Think about gifting some gear for the holidays
Dine Outs
- >$500 for Culvers
- Carreta’s November 12 from 4-8 pm
Fundraising
- >$6933 from Penny Wars
- $180 STL City2 Game
- Looking into: Top Golf, Ultimate Ninja, Bobo pizza sales
- Bingo April 25, 2026
Dr. Walz updates
- MAP testing: improved scores with personal student performance and growth
- January parent teacher conferences; just 1 night for the spring
